Grief support groups are a safe place to discuss the feelings associated with trauma and loss and the changes they bring to your family.

Heart of the Cumberland facilitates grief support groups for all ages – children, teens, and adults.

 All ages are affected by trauma and loss, and each person’s response is unique.
