New Virtual Support Group for Caregivers

Heart of the Cumberland is offering a Virtual Caregiver Peer Support Group.

We will be meeting via Zoom on Thursdays from 4:00 to 5:00 pm.

This group is offered free of charge.

Caregivers do not have a lot of time, so, for that reason we have started this virtual group where a caregiver can pull away for one hour to find community with others.
